Your role will be based around providing administrative support to Managing Directors/IFA's, and you will be a primary contact point for the Financial Services business. This role is fully office based with the working hours 09:00am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday. We are currently representing one of the UK's leading residential property lettings and management companies, sourcing an Accounts Assistant to join the team in a permanent role. This full-time role reports to the Finance Team Leader and will give you excellent experience working in a busy finance team. The role is based in their offices near Torquay 2-3 days a week with the option to work remotely for the other days. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Processing supplier invoices in line with company standards. Council tax and utility administration. Monitoring emails. Contacting suppliers for missing invoices. Raising fees to clients. Assisting with payment runs. Posting tenant receipts. Lodging tenant deposits. Processing tenant refunds. Raising tenant charges and reconciling accounts. Bank reconciliations. Running reports and landlord statements. Dealing with internal queries. Any other ad hoc duties as required. CANDIDATE PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4 preferred but equivalent work experience would be considered AAT Level 2 or relevant work experience is desirable Positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Attention to detail Reliable HOURS, SALARY & LOCATION The working hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday £22-24k per annum depending on experience Based 3 days a week in Torquay office, 2 days remote NEXT STEPS...
