The purpose of the role is to establish effective relationships and business plans with Brokers to develop sufficient business to meet individual and franchise objectives.
To support the development of new Broker relationships to extend the footprint of the franchise and the commercial success of the business.
IMove Estate Agents was established in March 2018 and we are looking to welcome to our team an in-house property manager to be based at a development we manage in Torquay.
The right candidate will be someone passionate, enthusiastic, hardworking and career driven.
Your role would briefly comprise
Act as the main point of contact in daily operations and management of the development.
Closing date: 10-06-2024 Customer Team Leader Location: Walnut Road, Chelston, Torquay, TQ2 6HP Pay: £13.32 per hour Contract: 30 hours per week regular overtime, permanent, part time Working pattern: Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
