To review, assess and negotiate settlement of costs matters and deal with all procedural aspects and pleadings until settlement or assessment of costs within our dedicated Clinical Negligence Costs Team.
Key Accountabilities
Responsible for management of own caseload using in-house case management system including timely and accurate maintenance of the system along with billing and management information - ensuring completeness of records to aid business decision making.
Our client, a national, multi-office law firm specialising in CoP, Group Litigation, Legal Aid and Points of Dispute are looking to expand their Costs Consultants team and are on the hunt to work in collaboration with the UKs top Costs Consultants.
