A Conveyancer deals with the settlement and title transfer process by ensuring that their client is meeting all legal obligations and that their client's rights are protected during transaction of buying and selling of property.
This includes freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new build, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and buying and selling at auction.

A very well-regarded multi-service, multi-office law firm working out of beautiful Chester - and from home - have an opening within its renowned Residential Conveyancing department.
They hope to add an experienced, ambitious Residential Conveyancer (fee earner, licensed conveyancer or Solicitor) with several years' experience.
Have built a career in conveyancing and will be able to demonstrate considerable experience in working with property, housing, or asset management.
General
The Conveyancing Coordinator will provide conveyancing support to the Strategic Asset Management Team in relation to land & property disposals.
The Conveyancing Coordinator will also liaise with colleagues across the Asset Transactions & Strategic Asset Appraisal Team, as well as external legal representatives in respect of land and property matters such as the implementation and release of rights and covenants, always with the best interest of the Group in mind.
