You will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to clients in matters related to property transactions.
Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing title documentation, contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results and providing accurate and comprehensive reports to clients, raising enquiries in a timely manner, responding to enquiries in a timely manner, resolving complex and technical queries, dealing with the exchange of contracts and completions, checking clients' source of funds, KYC and other compliance metrics, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
