Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ - Head of Department) My client is currently recruiting for Property / Conveyancing Solicitors and Licenced Conveyancers to join their thriving London office. Within the role you will have the opportunity to progress your career with a growing law firm and will be responsible for handling a mixed case load of property matters. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of property transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages. Manage a caseload of conveyancing matters from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are kept informed throughout the process. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on property law matters. Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer deeds. Conduct due diligence and title searches to identify any legal issues affecting the property. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
