This role is pivotal in supporting legal staff and contributing to the efficiency of the conveyancing operations. Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday - Friday Location: Hornchurch Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 Responsibilities Assist Solicitor with comprehensive support for optimal performance. Handle document management and correspondence with expertise in audio-typing and word processing. Maintain organized filing systems and manage client files in accordance with office protocols. Coordinate mail, meetings, and diary schedules to ensure efficient communication and time management. Provide exceptional client care, uphold confidentiality, and support office staff and secretaries.
