In addition to administrative duties required of a secretary, the Conveyancing Assistant, whilst overseen by the Conveyancer, will work to ensure files are progressed promptly and in line with procedures and regulations.
The Conveyancing Assistant is required to offer support to their assigned Conveyancer who has conduct of the client files.
Working within the company's Operations Team, this role is based at the company's equipment facility.
Responsibilities include the preparation, servicing, testing, cleaning and packaging of the company's equipment, as directed.
This role would suit a proactive, self-motivated individual capable of working accurately and methodically, often using their own initiative, in a constantly changing and often pressurised environment, in a fast moving company.
