In this role you would be supporting both new and existing customers with queries and provide ongoing support, this role requires someone with a positive attitude and a passion for providing an excellent service to all customers!
Duties
Dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
As a frontline Customer Service Advisor, you'll serve as the initial point of contact for all customer queries, ensuring a high level of service at all times.
Handling any issues / queries, whilst keeping internal systems up to date

In this interesting role you will be responsible for investigating complaints that have been received via written correspondence or that have been escalated from other departments, and ensuring a suitable resolution is achieved for both the customer, and the business.
You will be investigating complaints by liaising with internal departments, external parties and reviewing various pieces of evidence including call recordings.
We are looking for two individual to join our client in their Customer Relations team, where you will be responsible for logging and assisting with incoming complaints.
Being a professional and confident communicator, you will listen to each customer, understanding their query or complaint.
Following company guidelines and FCA regulations, each call will be logged and allocated to the system to ensure correct investigation.
