Monitor Sub Contractors and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits. To work alongside colleagues to plan for operational excellence and Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisation, including setting objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved To take a lead role in your area for health and safety within your unit and other national and international standards and legislation and ensure that the operation is compliant Build and maintain positive, open relationships with colleagues, Team Members, and superiors A vital role in ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the whole business run smoothly by ensuring an effective relationship with colleagues. Manage and implement new business from Sales to Operations. Accountabilities and Activities: The following KPI's have been set at the start of your employment. Some of these targets will remain consistent whilst others will be amended to suit the needs of the business. This will be agreed at the time of change. In addition, each client will have individually agreed KPI's. These are detailed within the agreed Scope document/ SOP and will form part of the Objectives for your role. The Role Working within a busy team, this role is pivotal to the successful support operation that they have in place, ensuring a first class ervice is delviered at all times to uphold their impeccable reputation. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Handling incoming communications from clients. React efficiently and pro-actively to clients support needs, logging all information onto the online system. Liaise with engineers, providing them with all the relevant information required. Ensure that reports are produced so that clients have a copy. Ensure regular services are booked in and followed up. Order any stock that may be needed to complete jobs. Export data and produce monthly reports using Excel. Ensure all admin is accurate and systems/notes updated accordingly. About You We are looking for someone who ideally has experience within a similar function, but if not, you must be able to come in and learn quickly 'on the job', whilst already possessing strong Excel skills. Key attributes/skills desire: Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills. Strong communicator and able to liaise with people of all levels. Accurate and an eye for detail.
