Position: Sales Consultant - Industrial Furniture sector Location: Norwich, Norfolk Package: Competitive salary, bonus & benefits As a Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers seeking hygienic furniture solutions. Our client operates across various sectors, including food & drink, pharmaceutical, healthcare, construction, and mechanical engineering. Your responsibilities will include providing product information and support to address customer inquiries. You will build and grow relationships with existing customers, generate new leads, and create opportunities. Once a lead is qualified, you will work with the customer to develop a solution that meets their needs, negotiate terms, and close the sale. Additionally, you will nurture new and existing customer relationships and expand your pipeline of future sales. You will collaborate with customer service to ensure customers are delighted with their purchases and become brand advocates. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for exceeding your sales targets month after month. Key Skills: Minimum 2 years' experience in sales or telesales. Proficiency in CRM systems; familiarity with lead generation software a plus. Strong problem-solving skills based on sales data.
