Matching Staff Solutions are working alongside our client to find a Builder.
This role is on a contract starting in May until July 2024.
You will be providing a repairs and maintenance service to over 5600 communal areas, tenanted properties and empty homes to the council's standards, statutory requirements, and relevant building regulations.
Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including excavation, pipe laying, concrete work, and equipment operation, to ensure efficient project execution.
Position Overview
As the General Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of construction activities at our water site.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of projects while maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to quality standards, and meeting project deadlines.

Undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals and refurbishment work and planned works.
Competent to a high standard in both quality and output in a minimum of two or more trade disciplines, inclusive but not exclusive of:
To support the delivery of quality repairs to ensure decent and suitable housing working as part of a team carrying out a large range of Multi-skilling works associated, but not limited, to maintenance works to all types of LBI managed properties and social spaces, as scheduled or directed by supervisor.
