The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience as a Construction Supervisor / Construction Superintendent overseeing predominantly mechanical equipment, structural steelwork, welding, metal trades and pipework within a petrochemical or chemical manufacturing environment.

The project involves the maintenance and refurbishment of several fuel storage tanks including associated shutdowns / turnarounds.
Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including excavation, pipe laying, concrete work, and equipment operation, to ensure efficient project execution.

The role holder will be required to supervise the activities of personnel carrying out works for UNS (which includes employees, ASW and contract workers) on a day to day basis to ensure that all activities are executed in a safe, cost effective and reliable manner inline with legislative and company procedures.
The role holder shall work closely with the wider UNS team to support the characterisation, monitoring and transfer of waste.
