Key Responsibilities
Assist in the purchasing of materials and equipment by coordinating with site team and suppliers.
Prepare and distribute project-related reports, such as progress updates and budget summaries in monthly meetings with commercial and finance team.
To provide a range of technical and practical project support to the UNS Project & Construction Team, including but not limited to assistance to the Construction Site Team and their day to day deliverables, ensuring the construction site and working area is kept in a secure and safe condition, escort duties, control of transport, assistance to the Clerks of Works in respect of quality records & checking, administrative support , rollout and maintenance of the construction team's Obeya Centres and other activities undertaken by the department.
General
Assist with Planning and scheduling work supporting the wider team in delivering small sized projects and work packages as part of the wider B300 programme.
