Responsibilities
Preparing bills of quantities & schedules of works for pricing.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
A well-established law firm based in Kent is currently looking for a Solicitor to join their busy Residential Property team.
The role is to manage a caseload of of freehold and leasehold transactions; both sales and purchases including new build and help to buy.
You will be dealing with re-mortgages, preparing and advising on transfers of equity and assisting with the development of new business for the department.
As a property Conveyancer you will be required to help clients with the settlement and title transfer process by ensuring that their client is meeting all legal obligations and that their client's rights are protected during the transaction.
Advise clients on all aspects of the buying or selling process.
