Job Summary
The Fire Officer will be responsible for ensuring the Associations properties are inspected, managed, and maintained in accordance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and internal policies and procedures.
We have immediate opportunities available for either MRICS or FRICS chartered surveyors nationwide.
Our client has developed their own, easy to use, question based, iOS based, on-site software, which is fully court compliant, this enables concise information to be captured during such visits and ensures that longhand reports and Scott Schedules being typed out later at your desk are consigned to history.
These are long term, Freelance / Self-employed roles with exceptional earning potential.
