My client, a well respected and nationally recognised contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide additional support on a project in East Sussex.
Responsibilities
Preparing bills of quantities & schedules of works for pricing.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
To support the Head of Property & Assets in the delivery of Housing and Commercial Property & Assets functions to the wider organisation.
Visit property, regional and nationwide as directed, to undertake pre/post inspections, validate stock condition information and to identify suitable construction remedies.
The role is covering the South East region including Kent, Surrey and London, the role is based three days from home and two days carrying out site visits / surveys.
