This would suit a person with a background of working in a conveyancing environment and with experience running their own caseload or a paralegal with 3 years of experience in conveyancing.
Your caseload will comprise of a mix of commercial property work including commercial landlord and tenant matters and buying and selling of businesses.

Responsibilities
Preparing bills of quantities & schedules of works for pricing.
Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
Ensuring due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transaction.

Managing on a day to day basis a caseload within the Transactional Team which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the file.

Our client is looking for senior property lawyers to join their busy team based in Hastings.
We are expanding our Commercial Property department and looking for a new Solicitor to join our team.
All our files are maintained digitally, offering the added flexibility for many of our lawyers to work from home when needed, although being in the office together is still something we have found to be important, so we do ask you to spend at least three days per week at the office.
