Develop tools in Workday using reporting and Worksheets to allow the business to model the plans that they will require within each service line, providing historical analysis of compensation changes and one-time payments to support their modelling. Skills we are looking for You'll need is 5 years' experience configuring and supporting businesses in the deployment of comprehensive compensation review solutions on Workday. Experience of configuring different solutions, including reviews that incorporate multiple salary and bonus plan variations with distinct matrices and criteria. You will be accustomed to working with senior level stakeholders and be adept at explaining the advanced compensation concepts available in Workday in ways that resonate and aid their understanding to ensure informed and effective decision making. You'll be able to create reporting solutions in Workday, extending their functionality in Worksheets as required and have strong experience manipulating and analyzing data in office tools such as Microsoft Excel. Experience of compensation structures and schemes within professional services. Project management knowledge / experience. Experience in developing training and communications materials.
