In this role, you will be supervising the planning of meetings and special events within the organisation, encompass all logistical elements such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and AV equipment coordination. With your diligent monitoring of event budgets and the preparation of regular cost reports, you will work to ensure that project and departmental objectives are met.
