Company & Purpose of Role Founded in 2012, Andusia has quickly become a market leader in the growing waste export market, exporting approximately 450,000 tonnes of waste per annum. Due to continual growth we are looking to add another hard working and ambitious individual to join the team. The purpose of the role is to support the team with daily administrative tasks to support the needs of the business communicating via telephone and email with both suppliers and customers. Key tasks Assisting in the ordering and administration of the company's transactions. Complete relevant administrative work Pro-actively helping to manage and audit the company's Environmental compliance, Sustainability, and duty of care. Updating relevant records on the company's database. Call existing suppliers to book loads and confirm collection times Create and distribute weekly sales orders Data entry for customs clearances for weekly activity Support Accounts & Sales teams with reconciliation and general enquiries Develop and maintain industry knowledge and market information Answer phones and offer holiday cover General office administration What we're looking for; A reliable applicant who is keen to join a friendly and focused team for a long-term career and ready to hit the ground running. The candidate will ideally be proficient in IT, especially with the Microsoft package, have a positive, can do attitude and be attentive to details. Industry experience is not essential as full training will be given. A little about you; The role would be ideal for a methodical individual who is keen to work in an office environment whilst being rewarded. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, office based on 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (After one year service increases to 25 days plus bank holidays) Salary: £19,000.00-£21,000.00 per year

What you will be doing Use a range of machinery, including Counterbalance and Reach FLTs Receiving goods for storage and packing products for dispatch Effectively use a range of IT systems to help record all aspects of the manufacturing process. Weighing and Handling of chemicals Setting, maintaining, troubleshooting and operating assembly lines and mixing machines willingness to work shift work is a requirement of the role, (Earlies and lates, no nights). When working on shift an additional shift allowance will be paid. Training will be provided for all aspects of the role What we are looking for As full training will be provided for this role, you do not necessarily need to have an extensive production background. However, any manufacturing experience is beneficial. We will consider anyone with the right attitude and who is willing to learn and develop into an efficient production professional.
