PA to CEO Huddersfield - Hybrid working Up to £28K -£32K plus excellent benefits We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated PA to support the Chief Executive and senior management team in a non-profit organisation. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a strong attention to detail. Key responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team Management of calendars and schedule meetings Typing and drafting replies on the CEOs behalf Prepare meeting documents and take minutes Organise and facilitate board meetings, AGM's etc Coordinate travel arrangements Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls Prepare reports and presentations Assist the CEO and Management team with all aspects of diary management Taking call and messages as appropriate Work closely with HR to manage sickness, holidays etc Management of stationary supplies Key Skills Excellent organisational skills Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion This is an urgent requirement, if you would like any further details please forward your CV for consideration.
