Are you an experienced Meetings and Events Manager within the Hotel or High-End events Hospitality Sectors? THE JOB: Day to day management of the M&E department both delegatory as well as from the front. Representing the M&E Department within the Hotel's Management meetings. Monitoring and development of the team by providing both positive and constructive feedback. Development of strong and long-lasting relationships with all other departments in order to ensure consistency of the service and smooth operation across the property. Ensuring a complete guest satisfaction in every visit and encouraging rebookings in line with the hotel's brand image. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Min. 1 year experience at running high end meetings and events across city centre venues. Strong knowledge of meeting and event basics including set ups, operations, forward planning as well as client liaisons. Keen eye for detail and a sense of luxury without compromise. Ability to engage with both the team as well as the guests. THE PACKAGE: 45K per annum KPI based bonus. Reduced stays for your, your family and friends.
