TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS GCSE English/Maths at grade A to C or equivalent. Experience working in a UK Primary School A Teaching Assistant Qualification Commitment to all CPD offered. Teaching Assistant Salary - £94-£100/day Hours - 37 hours per week, term time only TEACHING ASSISTANT x3 - Preston Prospero Teaching is working with a through a Primary mainstream school based in Preston. Our client has instructed us to recruit 3 Teaching Assistants on temporary to permanent basis (temp - perm). The school caters for EYFS & Primary aged children, many of whom have EHCP's - Education, Health and Care Plans. Some students have a diagnosis of Autism (ASC) with associated communication and social, emotional, mental health needs (SEMH). The school is looking to appoint 3 Teaching Assistants to support students in their academic learning and personal and social development. You must have previous experience of working as a Teaching Assistant, however experience of working with children and young people with autism will be beneficial. If you are a creative or sporty person or someone with experience of supporting people with mental health issues, your application will be considered.
