Regulatory Legal Counsel, 12 month Fixed Term Contract
Our client, based in Redhill, an exceptional financial services organisation who operate globally, are looking for an individual to join the small legal team, to deliver legal services, advice and support to the business to ensure legal risks are appropriate, identified and managed.
You will support and contribute to the development, implementation and maintenance of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Biosafety and Bio-security strategies, procedures and initiatives across the ROPU to deliver proactive EHS, Biosafety and Bio-security behaviours and enable employees to work in a compliant way, within an environment that demands strict regulatory and corporate requirements and awareness.
To prepare court files in respect of early first hearings (expedited files) and early administrative hearings (remand files) and to prpare internal files in respect of those offenders suitable for caution, reprimand or final warning
You will carry your own case load of PIP1 (professionalising investigation programme level 1) cases from reporting to trial and everything in-between.
