A family-run business based in Redditch specialising in manufacturing secure, insulated modular buildings is looking to recruit a Compliance Officer, you will hold primary responsibility for Health & Safety Compliance and Quality Control within the factory.

You will be Implementing robust quality arrangements and cycles across the business to manage and monitor the risk of financial clawback, quality of delivery, contractual requirements, maintaining an effective reputation within the sector and maintaining a minimum "Good" inspection grade within the Ofsted regime.
You will be monitoring the quality of delivery and maintaining the awarding body requirements to ensure that the company maintains centre approvals, scheme approvals and direct claims status.
This allows the company to certificate immediately upon learner achievement within the Skills division.
