You will be required to work 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

One of our Financial Services clients requires a Complaints Administrator to manage a variety of complaints from customers, whilst ensuring they are commercially aware at all times.
This is a fixed term contract until the end of June 2025.
You will be working on providing the necessary skill sets required to manage Jira/confluence for projects and BAU workflow automation in the risk and compliance directorate.
We need to embrace Jira and Confluence within the Risk directorate.
You will be designing an end-to-end Jira plan along with the required MI for key sourcing initiatives.
