Liaise with regulatory bodies, maintaining positive and proactive relationships. Key Requirements: Proven experience in a compliance role within the Insurance or MGA sector. In-depth knowledge of FCA Rules and Regulations. Strong understanding of Delegated Authority. Experience managing or leading a team. Familiarity with DISP Rules and complaint handling processes.
