2 x full time Tenancy Compliance Advisers will join the Neighbourhood Managers with the purpose of promoting a positive landlord/ tenant relationship, based on compliance with the tenancy agreement, through engagement with residents, early intervention, and monitoring of agreements to address poor property conditions.

Responsibility for monitoring tenant compliance with 'property compacts' designed to improve property conditions; developing positive relationships with residents to ensure that objectives identified within the property compact are met.
