We seek a people manager to oversee the Error Corrections team. The team is responsible for completing/ processing all Error Corrections for Unit Trust and ISA products where an error has occurred on a client's instruction (money in or money out) caused by a Partner, SS&C or system issue. The team will make the necessary amendments to the account to ensure the client has not been disadvantaged, this can sometimes involve liaising with the financial advisor and management company to achieve the desired result. In addition, the team complete and manage all manual Capital Gain Reporting requests for our client on Unit trust accounts. Both processes have agreed Service Level Agreements in place which need to be met. Main purpose of the role: Works with Management: To engage with the team leader, coaches and develop a team of Associates to confidently and successfully meet and exceed business targets. Improve quality within the team by reviewing quality statistics and putting plans in place to minimize errors (Regulatory & CASS). Maximise business opportunities by building and developing positive Customer/Client relationships. Hold monthly 1-2-1 meeting with team members. Key contact for areas of the business with CGT & Error corrections, as well as external areas such as clients/financial advisors. Speaking with client on cases and handholding escalations where required. Ability to communicate with different stake holders who may have an interest in a case if an error has occurred. Referral Management - supporting the onshore team in complex cases and referrals from offshore. Day to day resourcing of the team.
