Do you have experience in homeless prevention and can give constructive housing advice and provide a service which fulfils the needs of the clients?
Ability to undertake full range of regulatory functions in relation to private sector housing including HHSRS inspections, property licensing, enforcement action and investigations and representing the Council at Court or Tribunal.
