The Property Compliance & Inspections Officer will be responsible for conducting property inspections across the portfolio to identify maintenance requirements, Health & Safety (H&S) compliance issues, ensure compliance with council license conditions, and other regulatory obligations.
The role provides essential support to the Works and Compliance Manager in ensuring that all properties meet the necessary legal and safety standards.
Skills
Knowledge of property maintenance, H&S regulations, and council licensing requirements.
Assist with Coordinating the development and implementation of the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and with leading ISO 45001 compliance.
