I am currently working with a large residential developer who operate in the North West/West London region who are currently looking for a customer service manager to join them
We are a Social Enterprise working with disabled people, providing specialist computer equipment, 1-1 training and have an in-house technical support team.
Study Tech specialises in supporting individuals eligible for Disabled Students' Allowances within higher education.
The Customer Services Manager is responsible for managing a high level of administrative support services for customers and field force, from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms.
The Customer Services manager will manage and contribute to projects and changes effecting the customer services environment, as defined by the Chief Operating Officer and/or business/regulatory requirements.
This role offers hybrid working - hours are Monday to Friday plus bonus.
Our Gravesend based client has a requirement for a Complaint Handler to ensure that all complaints, written or verbal, are managed in line with the required deadlines and FCA requirements.
