As a Client Engagement and Complaints Officer, you will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving client complaints and concerns.
Your role is to resolve customer complaints at the first point of contact received from the customer by completing prompt, high quality investigations in order to ensure that an appropriate decision is reached.

You will be responsible for dealing with complaints within regulatory timelines, ensuring the reputation of the business is upheld.
We are looking for an experienced Complaints Officer to join them, initially on a three month fixed term contract, with potential for it to be extended or turn permanent.

You will be responsible for the overall management of the Customer Relations Team, supporting, motivating, and coordinating the complaint workload whilst ensuring regulatory timeframes and departmental key performance (KPI's) are met.
