The Claims Officer will deliver a high-quality efficient claims' service to our clients, and as an expert member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a variety of claims including Corporate, Motor (fleet), Property, Liability, Cyber, Travel and D&O.
This is a busy role with a high volume of work including claims related administrative tasks, ensuring the highest level of service is provided and offering support to the wider Broking team.
You will also have responsibility for your own allocated clients and will deal with claims that arise all the way from notification to conclusion.

Duties & Responsibilities
To handle liability claims in own right, within the scope of authority given.
General
To add value by proactively managing liability claims for both injury (predominantly) and damage to T/P property, including investigation, negotiation and settlement, as licensed and in compliance with prevailing client requirements and service standards.
To support and develop relationship with insurer, corporate and broker clients and their policyholders.
