This is an administrative based role - not call centre and not a high volume of phone work.

Varied duties to include ensuring all orders are received and created accurately, organising special deliveries and couriers, raising purchase orders and receipt stock as necessary, ensuring accuracy for month-end reporting.
We are looking for two individual to join our client in their Customer Relations team, where you will be responsible for logging and assisting with incoming complaints.
Being a professional and confident communicator, you will listen to each customer, understanding their query or complaint.
Following company guidelines and FCA regulations, each call will be logged and allocated to the system to ensure correct investigation.
