To manage a team of First Response Unit Motor Claims Handlers who take the initial notification and manage the claim within the first 48 hours, promptly assessing the liability position on the claim whilst providing first class service to our customers.

As an FNOL Handler you are the first point of contact for our customers, you will ensure the delivery of excellent customer service by providing relevant and accurate information to every customer, based on your professional expertise and training that will be provided in house.
The First Notification of Loss department is a fast paced and energetic department where no two days are the same.
Claims Customer Support Handler: We are looking for Claims Customer Support Handlers to join our Third-Party Assist team in Eastleigh on a full time or part time, permanent basis.
Due to expansion of our Third Party Assist Department we are growing our Team into Eastleigh for our induction group starting on Monday 8th July!
You will be required to work shifts including 1 in 3 Saturdays.
