The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Sage software to manage and process payroll. This role involves reviewing and verifying payroll data, processing relevant taxes, deductions, and pensions. Responsibilities: Accurately process payroll for all employees using Sage software. Review and verify payroll data to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and commissions. Ensure correct calculation and timely payment of relevant taxes, deductions, and pension contributions. Maintain and update employee payroll records and related documentation. Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations. Prepare and submit payroll reports as required. Our client is looking for a skilled professional who can lead a vital project, in collaboration with colleagues across the organisation, to support them in creating and updating their communication assets. Delivering the project on time and within the defined brief. Organising and facilitating meetings, workshops, and other activities in support of the project, documenting and sharing minutes, actions, and decisions. Aligning project objectives with our client's wider goals and ensuring stakeholders understand their responsibilities. Collaborating with stakeholders to address issues and dependencies that impact project planning and implementation. Promoting project aims, messages, and guidance tools through internal communication channels. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the field of communications and/or marketing. Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and aligning them with organisational objectives. Knowledge of branding and brand guidelines. Familiarity with various communication channels and tools Knowledge of Agile would be advantageous.
