The business is a leading player in the Retail sector, supporting a large segment of the market across UK and EMEA. We are seeking applications from candidates with a more than 2 years experience in a Company secretarial function of a UK listed business. You'll play a key role in supporting the General Counsel & Company Secretary on a range of matters, including: Organise the plc Board Deputise for General Counsel and Co-Sec when required Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, UK Corporate Governance Code and Disclosure and listing rules Produce timely and accurate Board Minutes and ensure that Board decisions are advised to those who need to take action Maintain Statutory books, statutory returns and filings and assist in the production of the Group Report and Accounts Ideally you'll be a hands on Assistant Company Secretary, or an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant ready to make the step up.
