Summary Duties and Responsibilities of Role
To answer inbound sales calls to customers who have enquired through various marketing channels about our direct cremation plans with the objective of answering any queries regarding the plans and setting up sales.
Temporary Administrator required to assist our client through a busy period.
Role entails inputting numerical and alphabetical data in to spreadsheets, answering calls, managing emails, typing up reports and general administration tasks.
Ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
