Commercial Property Lawyer Our well-established client is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team based at their Burgess Hill office. Their Commercial Property team deal with all aspects of commercial real estate legal issues; including: acquisitions and disposals; commercial leasing; asset management; development; and real estate elements of corporate/asset sales. We act for landowners, landlords, tenants/occupiers, developers, local government, lenders and real estate professionals across the industry. We are seeking applications from candidates who have relevant commercial property experience. In particular: asset management work (including licences for alterations, licences to assign, deeds of surrender and agreements for lease); negotiating leases (acting for both landlords and tenants); ability to manage files from start to completion; The successful candidate will be able to work independently, demonstrating initiative, as well as part of a team.
