Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join their busy but friendly team.
You will be working across a range of commercial and employment law matters - supporting fee earners by performing a variety of administrative duties, including drafting correspondence, answering phones, greeting visitors and communicating with fee earners and clients.
Drafting and submitting forms and statements to Companies House.
Updating the statutory registers (maintained on company secretarial software).
General
Working within the Accounts team, this role provides support on the administration of company secretarial work for clients and colleagues, as well as providing advice on company law questions and acting as the point of contact for all co sec work.
As Office Administrator, you will take responsibility for the Sales Administration, Purchase Administration and General Office Administration.
Our client based in Ely is an established life sciences business that is now looking to add an additional Office Administrator to join its team due to consistent growth.
You will be responsible for creating weekly and monthly sales reports for the Management Team, and ensuring the Production Team is fully updated with incoming orders.
