Conducting reviews and audits when necessary to ensure customer and patient safety. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE Experience in a retail environment with the ability to coach and develop teams. Clear communication skills. An ability to work at pace and adjust to change. Relish working within a team environment. A desire to learn and develop.
