My Construction client are looking for a Business Development Executive to join them on a permanent basis.
Initially the role will start as a phone sales role, and after 12 months or so or however quickly you progress, you will start seeing customers face to face.
This is a full time role where you will be based from their offices in Surrey.

Either you have experience selling B2B products/services face to face and are seeking a challenge at an organisation where it's not a 'sell sell sell' set up and a consultive approach is key.

Project Management and supervision responsibility of works on site to clients owned buildings, and leased building occupied by clients or forming part of the Corporate Commercial estate.
To carry out surveys, prepare designs, specifications and estimates for proposed repair, alteration and improvement works to clients owned buildings, and leased buildings occupied by local authority or forming part of the Corporate Commercial estate.
To inspect defects arising within clients owned buildings, propose and manage delivery of suitable remedial works.
As a Local Business Development Manager, you will be proactive in finding new corporate vehicle sales opportunities, as well as being able to network and quickly build up new prospects.
