My global pharmaceutical client, based in Berkshire, are looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service/Complaint Intake Analyst to join their team urgently initially on a 12-month basis.
Purpose
The Complaint Intake Analyst works to support PMQA through providing the initial triaging of complaints from all channels and serves as the first point of contact with the customer.
You will be working closely with the Business Development team, contacting new cold leads provided by the team and making initial introductions.
Our client, an established and growing design and build fit out contractor based in Marlow, are currently seeking a Telesales person to join them due to continued growth.
You will be joining a small team of 8, with projects ranging from 2,000 - 50,000 sqft and £100k - £5m in value.
