We are recruiting Relief Support Workers for our services and Outreach Service, who support people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, who live in a supported living based in Sheffield.We are looking for motivated, caring individuals to provide person-centred support to people with a learning disability who live in a supported living setting in Sheffield.Your responsibilities will include:

Our client offers person-centred, independent living options across the whole care pathway - including outreach support to access the community, various supported living options and supporting those with complex physical, learning or mental health needs and developmental disorders.
Every person they support has their own tenancy agreement and their own from door - the emphasis is on delivering support that is grounded in the individuals needs, wishes and aspirations of the person receiving it.
Our service provides support to people with learning disabilities and mental health needs, living in supported living services across the city.This is a fantastic network of services which enables great outcomes for the people we support.Senior Support Worker Duties:

We are looking for staff who have the commitment and dedication to go the extra mile to enable people to achieve their personal goals and make the most of every day!The Registered Office is based in Intake, South East Sheffield and is close to the tram network and good bus routes.
Working Flexibly across General Needs Neighbourhoods Sheffield, Rotherham and surrounding areas.
May be required to cover other geographical areas across the business
