Service Care Solutions is looking for a committed and empathetic Prison Support Worker to join our team, working across two sites near Leeds.
This full-time role involves splitting your time between HMP Leeds (three days per week) and HMP Wealstun, totaling 35 hours a week.
The position requires an enhanced DBS check and prison vetting clearance but offers a generous benefits package, including 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
The emphasis of this job will be working on You will be supporting individuals with severe mental health difficulties / learning disabiltiies/ You will be expected to work flexible shifts.The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months previous experience working as support worker with previous experience with mental health / learning difficulties.
We are particularly interested to hear from candidates who have previously completed MAPA/PMVA training.

Your Care are seeking experienced Support workers, to join our amazing team, working alongside clients with learning disabilities from mild to challenging in and around the Harrogate & Ripon areas, this is agency work so of course its excellent rates of pay, free ongoing training, uniform, holiday pay, pension and weekly pay.
You must have a minimum of 12 months experience working alongside people with learning disabilities and or mental health issues.
A full driver's licence is an advantage but not essential.
