You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week, Monday Friday, between the 2 services - although hours are flexible and negotiable.

To maximise rent recovery from customers in Temporary Accommodation and in Council Housing in accordance with rent recovery procedures.
To contact tenants in a timely, systematic way to vigorously pursue their rent arrears and respond to any enquiries from contacts within the specified time.
We have an urgent requirement for a Rent Recovery Support Officer to join an East London Local Authority on a five month interim role.
As a Rent Recovery Support Officer you will be responsible for proactively contacting tenants to discuss current stage 1 arrears and find a relevant solution.
You will also field incoming calls / email queries and face to face visits.
Assist with the set up and maintain a suitable base room area that is inviting for the children whilst ensuring it is kept tidy and all equipment is packed away
