They have recently opened a children's home in South Shields, providing a safe and nurturing environment for four children aged 8-18 who have experienced trauma, mental health challenges, and self-harm/suicidal thoughts.

Care Navigator / Health and Wellbeing Support Workerwith experience in supporting vulnerable adults and excellent verbal and written communication skills, is required to join a well-established Charity.
You will be working with people in prison, and people on probation in the community.
KEY REQUIREMENT: Applicants must be 18 due to prison based working and hold a Full UK Driving Licence with access to own transport.
