Summary of the Role
The Accounts Assistant is responsible for assisting the Accountant and the Head of Finance in the efficient operation of the organisations finances.
To actively pursue the settlement of debts, as directed by the Finance Manager/Deputy Finance Manager/Office Manager, either by telephone, letter or personal visits taking care to adhere to accepted Social Care and Health practices and in accordance with the Debt Recovery Procedures.
Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
The Role
As a Maintenance Assistant / Administrator, you will report directly to the Head of Field Service and provide day-to-day support for the expanding quarry and mining fleet.

Our client is a privately owned mineral and aggregates contractor with extensive experience in the plant industry.
You will be responsible for running your own small caseload of wills and probate, trusts and estates work and will work alongside several experienced partners on more complex contested matters when required.
